Another beautiful lost Sabu Martinez album has been unearthed by the fantastic people at Mellotronen Records!

Laying dormant in the dusty racks of a Swedish radio station for over 30 years this beautiful latin-jazz gem finally has seen the light of day! Maldito Primitivo was a band which featured Sabu Martinez’s two sons Johnny and Rene, percussionist Rafael Sida, Wilfredo Stephenson played additional percussion, piano by Torbjorn Langborn, a powerful horn section that conssted of Ed Epstein, Jaanusz mieszek and Mats Wallin. Eric Westin played bass and Amadeo Nicoletti on guitar.
